WHAT WE DO
Four programs.
One direction.
Our work falls into four interlocking programs. Each one supports persons with disabilities at a different stage — from building skills to shifting the surrounding community.
Skills Development
Hands-on workshops in life skills, vocational training, and digital literacy.
Sessions are practical and group-based — participants leave each one with something they can do, make, or use. Past activities include arts and crafts workshops, digital basics, daily-living skills, and creative expression sessions.
Economic Empowerment
Skills only matter if they lead somewhere.
We support persons with disabilities into the workforce through business mentorship, job placement, and access to economic opportunity. Inclusion is incomplete without the dignity of earning a living, and the agency of choosing how that living is made.
Awareness & Advocacy
Attitudes are the slowest barrier to move.
We work with communities, employers, and institutions to shift them — through diversity training, public campaigns, and advocacy for the rights enshrined in Jordan’s disability law. Awareness without action is just opinion; our advocacy is grounded in the lived experience of the people we work with.
Psychosocial Support
Belonging is built one connection at a time.
We offer peer counselling for persons with disabilities and workshops for families — because the people around someone shape their world as much as institutions do. Group sessions, family meet-ups, and one-on-one support form the quiet backbone of much of our work.
